The document bearing the signature of the vicegerent of the king of Sweden, the Governor-General of Estland Axel Julius de la Gardie, on the basis of which Christian Ackermann was paid an additional fee in October of 1696 for making the retable of Tallinn’s royal cathedral: another 50 riksdalers were added to the original payment of 180 riksdalers due to an increase in the amount of work.
